Symptoms

当其中一个设备中的数据收集失败时，多设备设置中可能会发生部分数据收集。
发生这种情况时，数据收集的状态为“PARTIAL”，在 PowerStore Manager UI 中，当选择此 DC 进行下载时，会显示消息“Support material not available for download”，如下屏幕截图所示： 。

Cause

根本原因是下载具有“partial”dc_status的数据收集不受支持。

Resolution

要下载 PARTIAL 数据收集捆绑包，请使用 service docker 中的命令行中的“scp”。

在具有 PARTIAL 数据收集的应用装置的服务 docker 上，执行以下操作：

  1. 运行如下所示的“svc_dc列表”，并识别要下载的数据收集。
[SVC:service@ABCDEF-B ~]$ svc_dc list

start_timestamp id status dump description profile appliances

  1. 升级到 root。 
  2. 转至 /cyc_var/cyc_service/data_collection/ 和 “scp” 数据收集到目标位置，如下所示：
root@ABCDEF-A:/home/service/user>cd /cyc_var/cyc_service/data_collection

root@12DYX23-A:/cyc_var/cyc_service/data_collection> sudo scp -oStrictHostKeyChecking=no -r ./ada70ce2-c898-42a4-8bd2-acb9470d845a cyc@10.244.127.37:/home/cyc/bugs/debug

解决方法

此问题已在 PowerStore 3.0 及更高版本中得到修复，可在其中为 PowerStore Manager UI 下载部分 DC。
