PowerStore: System Health Checks detects duplicate firmware entries
Summary: The PowerStore system Health Checks detected duplicate entries in the firmware registry.
Instructions
- Running a System Check using PowerStore Manager (UI) with the Run System Check option.
- Running a System Check using PowerStore Manager (UI) with the Run Upgrade Extensions option (PowerStoreOS 2.1.x only).
- Running a Pre-Upgrade Health Check (PUHC) using PowerStore Manager (UI) (PowerStoreOS 3.x).
- Running the System Health Service Script (svc_health_check) using an SSH connection.

The duplicate firmware entry message indicates that a node has duplicate component firmware entries in its resume (registry).
The cause of this issue has been identified in the manufacturing process. The process was corrected but a few appliances that are already deployed may be affected by this issue.
If this issue is detected, do not perform NDU, FRU, or any other maintenance operations until the issue is resolved.
