Symptoms

시간 초과로 Data Protector 서버에 대한 작업 모니터링이 실패하고 DPA가 백업 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.

"dpaagent 로그"에는 다음 오류가 포함되어 있습니다.

ERR      9425.9447     20210129:095944         agent.mod.dp - dpRunCmd(): timeout running omnicellinfo against server 'DP_server_hostname'

Cause

DPA에서 Data Protector 모듈의 현재 설계는 데이터 수집 중에 "omnicellinfo" 명령을 여러 번 실행하는 것입니다.

요청의 폴링 기간 동안 백업을 실행한 각 클라이언트에 대해 "omnicellinfo"를 한 번씩 실행하려고 시도합니다.
명령을 실행하는 데 30-60초 이상 걸리는 경우 예를 들어 해당 폴링 기간 내에 100개의 클라이언트가 백업을 실행하면 시간이 오래 걸립니다.

 

Resolution

Data Protector 서버에서 다음 명령을 실행하고 시간이 얼마나 걸리는지 확인합니다.

omnicellinfo -server <server hostname> -cell brief

명령이 1분 이상 걸리는 경우(최적의 성능을 위해 30초 미만으로 실행되는 것이 이상적임) Micro Focus를 사용하여 "omnicellinfo"가 실행되는 데 걸리는 시간을 줄여야 합니다.
