Symptoms

DLm0045E: Error getting status of /lockfs/LOCK/ file system: Input/output error

/var/log/messages는 NFS "server not responding"의 표시를 표시할 수 있습니다.

Cause

스토리지 어레이의 응답 속도가 느리거나 일시적으로 사용할 수 없습니다. 

DLm 및 Data Domain 솔루션의 경우 이 알림은 Data Domain 패닉, 파일 시스템 재시작, 페일오버 또는 헤드 재부팅이 예기치 않게 발생합니다. 고가용성 Data Domain의 Data Domain 파일 시스템 페일오버는 파일 시스템 서비스를 전송하는 데 5분 정도 소요될 수 있지만 DLm 알림은 60초 만에 발생합니다. 

Resolution

이 문제는 DLm 스토리지 어레이가 느리거나 사용할 수 없는 경우에 발생할 수 있습니다. VTE의 /var/log/messages 파일에서 'server not responding'과 같은 잠재적 표시등이 있는지 확인합니다.

DLm 및 Data Domain 솔루션의 경우 Data Domain 노드에서 가동 시간, 최근 Data Domain 파일 시스템 시작, 패닉 알림, HA 성능 저하 등을 확인하고 발견되면 Data Domain 케이스를 조사해야 할 수 있습니다.  

DLm 상태 검사를 실행하여 조사합니다. 문제가 30분 이상 지속되는 경우 추가 조사를 수행하십시오. 명백한 원인을 찾을 수 없는 경우 DLm 지원 부서에 문의하십시오.
