Symptoms

De klant had back-up van CloudLink Center geconfigureerd op externe (Isilon) back-upmedia via FTP. Tijdens het uitvoeren van de back-uptaak volgens planning ontvangen ze een waarschuwingsbericht "Failed to upload backup file to store" per e-mail en in Cloudlink Alarms.

Cause

De waarschuwing wordt veroorzaakt doordat de MD5-hash niet is ingeschakeld op Isilon. Voer de opdracht uit op isilon CLI om de Md5 te verifiëren

Resolution

Voer de onderstaande opdracht uit om MD5 in te stellen voor Etag en Validate Content Md5 op Yes of gebruik gui om CLI-opdracht in te schakelen 
 # isi s3 settings zone modify --use-md5-for-etag=yes --validate-content-md5=yes
