Symptoms

客戶已設定使用 FTP 將 Cloudlink Center 備份至外部 （Isilon） 備份媒體。在依排程執行備份工作時，他們會收到一則警告訊息：「Failed to upload backup file to store」（無法透過電子郵件和 Cloudlink 警報中上傳備份檔案以儲存）。

Cause

此警示是因為 Isilon 上未啟用 MD5 雜湊所導致。在 Isilon 命令列介面 （CLI） 上發出命令以驗證 Md5

Resolution

在下方發出命令，將 Etag 的 MD5 設定為「Yes」，並將內容 Md5 驗證為「是」，或使用 GUI 啟用
