When you uninstall SupportAssist for Home PCs v4.0 from the computer for any reason and try installing or reinstalling SupportAssist from the Dell Support Site, it only allows you to install SupportAssist for Home PCs v3.14.2.

Cause
SupportAssist for Home PCs v4.0 update is the cause of the issue.
Resolution
- This is due to SupportAssist requires updates to certain integrated components.
- Once the updates are completed, the latest version of SupportAssist will be released and shall be auto upgraded or available for download for users.
- Dell SupportAssist engineering is aware of this and is working on it and this article will be updated once the SupportAssist update is available for download.
