ABV0009: VM Direct engine 'XXXXXXXX' is unable to back up the virtual machine 'XXXXXXXX' on vCenter 'XXXXXXXX' because of a protection storage issue.
在保護儲存裝置記錄中找到的特定錯誤：
07/25 16:14:01.114614 [7f4f4fce72f0] ERROR: MSG-FM-00060: **** fastcopy(xxxxxx) aborted: Hard Quota Exceeded
Cause
當 MTree 有配額設定時，當 fastcopy 因超出配額的狀況而失敗時，沒有機制可將確切的錯誤訊息傳回用戶端 （Boost）。它會嘗試處理 fastcopy 並失敗，然後 Boost 會檢查 fastcopy 檔案是否存在，以判斷操作是否成功。這就是為什麼它無法將特定錯誤傳回用戶端 - 沒有辦法傳回錯誤代碼。變更是檢查 fastcopy 是否導致 MTree 超過配額，然後再啟動命令。因此，在啟動 fastcopy 作業之前，傳回錯誤即會失敗。這可讓 Boost 取得超過配額的錯誤代碼。
Resolution
這是 PowerProtect Data Manager Appliance DM5500 版本 5.12.0.1-206 或更早版本的已知問題。此問題已計畫在即將推出的版本中解決。
