Symptoms

ABV0009: VM Direct engine 'XXXXXXXX' is unable to back up the virtual machine 'XXXXXXXX' on vCenter 'XXXXXXXX' because of a protection storage issue.
在保护存储日志中找到的特定错误：
07/25 16:14:01.114614 [7f4f4fce72f0] ERROR: MSG-FM-00060: **** fastcopy(xxxxxx) aborted: Hard Quota Exceeded
Cause
当 MTree 设置了配额时，当快速拷贝由于超出配额的情况而失败时，没有机制将该确切的错误消息返回给客户端 （Boost）。它会尝试处理快速拷贝并失败，然后 Boost 会检查是否存在快速拷贝文件，以确定操作是否成功。正因为如此，它无法将特定错误返回到客户端 — 没有办法返回错误代码。更改是在启动命令之前检查快速拷贝是否导致 MTree 超过配额。因此，返回在启动快速拷贝操作之前失败的错误。这允许 Boost 获取准确的配额超出错误代码。
Resolution
这是 PowerProtect Data Manager 一体机 DM5500 版本 5.12.0.1-206 或更低版本上的已知问题。此问题计划在即将发布的版本中得到解决。
