Latitude 7350 Detachable Does Not Detect its Rear Camera

The rear Camera is not detected on the Latitude 7350 detachable laptop

You may experience detection issues with the Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) rear camera on your Latitude 7350 detachable laptop. Any missing or incorrectly installed drivers can lead to the camera not working or failing to switch from front to rear view. The following drivers must be installed correctly to ensure that the front and rear cameras work correctly:

• Video: Intel Graphics, Arc Graphics driver, and Intel Graphics Command Center application
• Chipset: Intel Serial input/output Driver
• Chipset: Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver
• Camera: Intel 2D Imaging, USB Bridge Driver

There is no camera switch icon visible in the upper right corner of the camera application. The application does not allow you to switch between the front and rear camera when this problem occurs.

Missing or failing to install correctly any of the four drivers causes the issue to occur.

Install the four drivers in the following order to resolve this problem:

1. Update the video driver to Intel Graphics, Arc Graphics driver, and Intel Graphics Command Center application, version 31.0.101.5234, A01 or later. Download and install the Intel-Graphics-Arc-Graphics-Driver-and-Intel-Graphics_N7YX3_WIN64_31.0.101.5234_A01.exe.

2. Update the chipset driver to Intel Serial input/output Driver, version 30.100.2318.58, A00 or later. Download and install the Intel-Serial-IO-Driver_HNDHH_WIN64_30.100.2318.58_A00_02.exe.

3. Update the chipset driver to Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver, version 3.10.100.7681, A01 or later. Download and install the Intel-Integrated-Sensor-Solution-Driver_830GM_WIN64_3.10.100.7681_A01_01.exe.

4. Update the camera driver to Intel 2D Imaging, USB Bridge Driver, version 74.22000.2.18, A01 or later. To download and install the Intel-2D-Imaging-USB-Bridge-Driver-for-Camera_046M7_WIN64_74.22000.2.18_A01.exe see:
