Attempting to delete the SU a second time will result in the following UI error:

500: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5075 errorMessage: the user has insufficient access rights

Cause

作为 SU 删除的一部分，原始用户被重新分配给内部创建的用户“PPDM-GEN-USER-FOR-DELETION”。这需要绕过 DD 垃圾数据收集，以便 PowerProtect Data Manager 可以删除原始用户。在存储单元删除期间，DD API 会超时并失败请求。发现发现作业正在运行时，DD 正忙碌。由于请求失败，PowerProtect Data Manager 尝试将用户恢复为失败原始用户，从而使 SU 用户保留为“PPDM-GEN-USER-FOR-DELETION”。恢复用户操作未按预期工作。

Resolution

分辨率：
PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15 和 DM5500 R4

解决方法：
  1. 验证是否已将 SU 分配给内部用户“PPDM-GEN-USER-FOR-DELETION”。
  2. 从 CLI 命令中，运行以下命令以确认状态不是“D （delete）”，并且用户被分配给 PPDM-GEN-USER-FOR-DELETION。 
"ddboost storage-unit show su_name
如果满足第一个条件，则表示 SU 在初始删除请求期间通过了所有验证，以进入此阶段。验证包括检查“无剩余拷贝、关联策略和 topLevelPath”为空。因此，可以安全地将其删除。
  1.  在 CLI 中，运行以下命令，然后等待下一个查找计划。发现完成后，在 存储 页面上检查 SU 是否不再可见。
