Symptoms
Individual clients consistently fail daily. Other clients in the group complete without issue. These failing clients nsrexecd is running on port 7938 instead of 7937.

Cause
The failing client's service ports range has been modified. Verify with nsradmin on the client.
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-7938
Connection ports: 0-0
Resolution
Revert the client's service port range to the default 7937-9936 with the nsrports command:
Restart the client services on the NetWorker client:
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports -S 7937-9936
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-9936
Connection ports: 0-0
Linux: systemctl restart networker
Windows:

net stop nsrexecd /y
net start nsrexecd
