  • lsof-kommandoen viser biblioteket i en DEL-tilstand:
[root@nw_server ~]#  lsof | grep librestapi64
jsvc       4543 nsrtomcat  DEL       REG              253,2   14881546   67764661 /nsr/authc/webapps/nwrestapi/WEB-INF/lib/librestapi64.so

Cause

Biblioteket er i en DEL-tilstand (forældet biblioteksfilbeskrivelse), som forhindrer det normale bibliotek i at blive indlæst. Derfor viser fejlen "allerede indlæst i en anden klasseloader".

Resolution

(1) Genstartet server for at rydde/genindlæse hukommelse: NetWorker RESTAPI kan ikke indlæses med "Native Library /nsr/authc/webapps/nwrestapi/WEB-INF/lib/librestapi64.so allerede indlæst i en anden classloader"
(2) Importeret emcauttomcat.cer til Java Cacerts-nøglelager: NetWorker: NetWorker REST API emcahctomcat-certifikat fjernet fra cacerts keystore
