Symptoms

  • NetWorker/AUTHC 서버는 Linux 서버 또는 NVE 어플라이언스입니다.
  • 다음 오류와 함께 NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 로그인 실패:

  • NetWorker Server의 nsrauthtrust 명령이 다음 메시지와 함께 실패합니다.

Server Message : Could not parse server-response from json string
  • /opt/lgtonmc/gst/logs/gstd.raw에 다음 오류가 있습니다.

Cause

/nsr/authc/ 디렉토리의 인증 데이터베이스에 문제가 있습니다. 이 경우 인증 포트(기본값: 9090)가 작동 중이고 연결 테스트에 응답할 수 있습니다. nsrports -t authc_server_hostname -p 9090
하지만 인증에 실패합니다. 

Resolution

  1. SSH를 사용하여 NetWorker Server에 로그인하고 루트 사용자로 전환합니다.
sudo su -
  1. authc 서버에서 NetWorker 서비스를 중지합니다.
nsr_shutdown
  1. 서비스가 중지되었는지 확인합니다.
ps -ef | grep nsr

메모: 일부 NMC(gst) 서비스가 실행되는 것을 볼 수 있으며 이러한 서비스는 중지할 필요가 없습니다.
  1. 다음 명령을 실행하여 authc를 재구성합니다. 
/opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh
  1. NetWorker 서비스 시작:
systemctl start networker
  1. NetWorker 관리자 계정으로 NMC에 로그인합니다.

Additional Information

이전에 AD 또는 LDAP를 통합한 경우 다시 추가해야 합니다. 이 작업은 NMC의 사용자 및 역할 > 외부 권한 설정>에서 수행할 수 있습니다. 이 절차를 수행하기 전에 AD 사용자에게 적용된 사용 권한은 제거되지 않습니다. 외부 권한을 authcdb에 다시 추가해야 합니다. KB 문서 156107 참조하십시오. NetWorker 18 및 19에서 AD/LDAP 인증을 설정하는 방법
