Microsoft Live 帳戶無法在 Dell Encryption Personal 或 Dell Encryption Enterprise 中啟用

Dell Encryption （先前稱為 Dell Data Protection |加密） 可能會在 Windows 8、8.1 和 10 中，當使用者嘗試完成設定精靈時失敗。

此問題已連結至 Microsoft 帳戶的使用。

因應措施是使用本機帳戶登入、設定加密，然後切換回 Microsoft 帳戶。

Windows 10 的步驟如下所述：

1. 取消並結束設定精靈。
2. 切換至本機帳戶：
   1. 按一下 開始 > 設定 >帳戶。
   2. 在您的電子郵件和帳戶底下，按一下改以本機帳戶登入。
   3. 輸入您的 Microsoft 帳戶密碼，然後按下一步。
   4. 建立使用者，然後按一下下一步。
   5. 按 一下登出並完成 ，並以新使用者身分登入。
3. 開啟位於「開始>所有應用程式>Dell」底下的 Dell Encryption 應用程式。 
4. 按照「設定精靈」設定加密，然後按一下完成。

5. 在出現提示時將電腦重新開機。
6. 切換回 Microsoft 帳戶的步驟：
   1. 按一下 開始 >設定 >帳戶。
   2. 在您的電子郵件和帳戶底下，改為按一下「使用 Microsoft 帳戶登入」。
   3. 輸入您的 Microsoft 帳戶的電子郵件地址和密碼，然後按一下登入。
   4. 輸入目前 Windows 密碼以確認並按一下下一步。
