Compliance Reporterin output.log-loki ilmoittaa seuraavanlaisen viestin:

Resolution

Ongelman ratkaiseminen Dell Security Management Serverissä (aiemmin Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition), toimi seuraavasti:

  1. Pysäytä Compliance Reporter -palvelu.
  2. Nimeä kaikki uudelleen cmgreports*.db tiedostot \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\WEB-INF\reports\db\ Kansio.
  3. Kopioi cmgreports.data.db -tiedosto \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\WEB-INF\reports\db\template\ -kansio \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\WEB-INF\reports\db\ Kansio.
  4. Nimeä \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\output Kansio.
  5. Käynnistä Compliance Reporter -palvelu.

Ongelman ratkaiseminen Dell Security Management Server Virtual -ohjelmistossa (aiemmin Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition), toimi seuraavasti:

Huomautus: Dellin tuen tai järjestelmänvalvojan on kirjauduttava sisään ja tehtävä seuraavat toimet.
  1. Pysäytä sovellus käyttöliittymässä.
  2. Kirjaudu sisään nimellä ddpsupport.
  3. Anna nämä kuusi komentoa (ne poistavat käyttäjien mukautukset Compliance Reporteriin):
sudo rm -f /opt/dell/server/reporter/webapp/WEB-INF/reports/db/cmgreports.XX.log.db
Huomautus: Kunkin palvelimen XX-muutokset on luetteloitettava, ja /opt/dell/server/reporter/webapp/WEB-INF/reports/db -kansioon nimen etsimiseksi.

  1. Sulje komentotulkki ja kirjaudu sisään nimellä ddpuser.
  2. Käynnistä sovellus käyttöliittymässä.
