Symptoms

第二代 Dell EMC PowerEdge 伺服器 AMD EPYC 安裝 Hyper-V 角色後，處理器可能無法開機至 Windows Server 2019。作業系統可能會進入復原狀態，或發生藍色畫面 （停止錯誤），表示無法存取開機裝置。  
 

注意：在具備第二代功能的 Dell PowerEdge 伺服器上安裝 Windows Server 2019 Hyper-V 角色時，可能會發生其他錯誤或情況 AMD EPYC 處理器。

Cause

第二代 Dell Technologies PowerEdge 伺服器 AMD EPYC 安裝 Hyper-V 角色後，處理器無法開機。

Resolution

請執行下列步驟，以在受影響的 PowerEdge 伺服器上安裝 Windows Server 2019 Hyper-V 角色： 

  1. 安裝 Windows Server 2019
  2. 從Microsoft更新目錄安裝最新的服務堆疊更新，可在此處找到此超連結會帶您前往 Dell Technologies 以外的網站。
  3. 在此處安裝 2019 年 6 月累積更新 KB4501371 或更新版本此超連結會帶您前往 Dell Technologies 以外的網站。
  4. 將伺服器重新開機
  5. 安裝 Hyper-V 角色

當作業系統進入復原狀態或發生藍色畫面 （停止錯誤） 時，請執行下列步驟以還原作業系統：

  1. 關閉 PowerEdge 伺服器電源
  2. 開啟 PowerEdge 伺服器電源，然後按下 F2 進入 BIOS，資訊可在此處找到
  3. 導覽至「處理器設定」並停用虛擬化技術
  4. 退出 BIOS，儲存設定，然後將 PowerEdge 伺服器重新開機至作業系統
  5. 從Microsoft更新目錄安裝最新的服務堆疊更新，可在此處找到此超連結會帶您前往 Dell Technologies 以外的網站。
  6. 在此處安裝 2019 年 6 月累積更新 KB4501371 或更新版本此超連結會帶您前往 Dell Technologies 以外的網站。
  7. 將伺服器重新開機，然後按下 F2 進入 BIOS
