Cause

有一個故障 VM 的快照仍從先前的備份連接至 vProxy VM。在先前的備份結束時，VM 快照未正確整合，因此快照仍掛接在 vProxy 上。

Resolution

ProxyHC 公用程式可用來清理任何遺留的磁碟或快照。

上使用執行狀況檢查工具 ProxyHC在 VM 備份期間，vProxy 會將建立快照要求傳送至 vCenter 伺服器，在備份結束時會傳送移除快照的要求。vProxy 會在 /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vbackupd/vbackupd-snapmgr.log 中記錄這些要求。對這些要求的回應來自 VMware API。如果無法在 VMware 環境中移除快照，建議您聯絡 VMware 支援：
