Symptoms

다음 오류와 함께 상태 점검에 실패합니다.      
The appliance primary node cannot reach the secondary node through the native VLAN. This will prevent NAS services and Intra Cluster Data network from being fully functional. Ensure that the physical switches are configured properly. (Check_icd_node_reachability_failed)
 
ICD(Intra-Cluster Data) 인터페이스 간에 노드 A에서 노드 B 또는 그 반대로 Ping할 수 없거나 ICD 인터페이스 간에 Ping을 할 수 있지만 여전히 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

인터페이스 간의 연결을 테스트(Ping)하려면 ICD(Intra-Cluster Data) IP 주소를 찾습니다.     
  • IP 주소를 실행하고 icd0을 검색합니다.
  • 또한 PowerStore Manager의 SettingsNetworking>>Network IPsICD에서 찾을 수 있습니다>.  
ICD IP 주소는 IPv6입니다. Ping 명령에서 지정합니다. 
 
예:    
  • 노드 A: ping -6 -I icd0 <노드 B의 ICD ipv6 ip 주소> -c 3
  • 노드 B: ping -6 -I icd0 <노드 A의 ICD ipv6 ip 주소> -c 3

Cause

PowerStore NAS/iSCSI 네트워크가 올바르게 구성되지 않았습니다.

Resolution

PowerStore에서 현재 FC(FibreChannel) 전용 구성을 사용하는 경우 계속하려면 적절하게 구성된 이더넷 ToR 스위치 연결이 필요합니다. 자세한 내용은 PowerStore T 모델용 Dell EMC PowerStore 네트워킹 가이드를 참조하십시오.

위와 같이 Ping을 할 수 없는 경우 네트워크를 조사하여 그 이유를 파악하십시오. 

  • 스위치를 점검하여 연결/VLAN이 올바른지 확인하십시오.
  • 필요한 인터페이스에서 IPv6가 활성화되어 있는지 확인합니다.

마지막으로 오류를 해결하려면 최신 PowerStore OS로 업그레이드하십시오.
