Symptoms

執行狀況檢查失敗，並出現錯誤：      
裝置的主要節點無法透過原生 VLAN 到達次要節點。這將會造成 NAS 服務和內部叢集資料網路無法完整正常運作。請確定已正確設定實體交換器。(Check_icd_node_reachability_failed)
 
無法在從節點 A 到節點 B 的內部叢集資料 (ICD) 介面之間 ping，或反之亦然，或可在 ICD 介面之間 ping，但仍出現錯誤：     
check_icd_node_reachability_failed

若要測試 (ping) 介面之間的連線，請尋找內部叢集資料 (ICD) IP 位址：     
  • 執行 IP 位址，並搜尋 icd0。
  • 此外，您也可以在 PowerStore Manager 中，透過設定>網路>網路 IP>ICD 找到它。  
請注意，ICD IP 位址為 IPv6。在 ping 命令中指定。 
 
範例：    
  • 節點 A： ping-6-I icd0 <節點 B 的 ICD ipv6 ip 位址> -c 3
  • 節點 B： ping-6-I icd0 <節點 A 的 ICD ipv6 ip 位址> -c 3

Cause

PowerStore NAS/iSCSI 網路設定不正確。

Resolution

如果 PowerStore 目前使用僅 FibreChannel(FC) 組態，則需要正確設定的乙太網路 ToR 交換器連線才能繼續。請參閱 PowerStore T 機型的 Dell EMC PowerStore 網路功能指南，以瞭解其他詳細資料。

如果無法以如上所示的方式 ping，請檢查網路以判斷原因。 

  • 請檢查交換器，確認搭接/Vlan 是否正確。
  • 請檢查以確認是否已在必要的介面上啟用 IPv6。

最後，請升級至最新的 PowerStore 作業系統以清除錯誤。
