Symptoms

Konfigurace serveru plug-in se nedokončí a zobrazí se následující chyba: 
Configure plug-in server failed. Failed to add credentials for user admin to plug-in server

Další příznak vykazuje v protokolech ClusterLogic následující chyby: 
"You must confirm the root CA certificate for vCenter Server 'xx.xx.xx.xx:443' before you can register it."

Cause

Server vCenter obsahuje dva různé certifikáty. První certifikát od vRPA, který ověří, že je odesílá na server plug-in. Server plug-in se poté pokusí kontaktovat nástroj vCenter a ověřit, zda certifikáty odpovídají. Při navázání tohoto hovoru se načte druhý certifikát, který má jiný podpis než první odeslaný vRPA.

Resolution

Řešení:
Přidejte certifikáty vCenter do důvěryhodného úložiště modulu plug-in serveru podle tohoto postupu:
  1. Stáhněte certifikáty ze serveru vCenter pomocí následující adresy URL: 
    http://vCenterIP/certs/download.zip  
POZNÁMKA: V závislosti na nastavení zabezpečení může být nutné vyzkoušet různé prohlížeče, aby bylo možné stáhnout soubor .zip. 
  1. Extrahujte stažený soubor .zip.
  2. Přejděte v tomto souboru do adresáře \certs\lin a přejmenujte všechny dodané certifikáty přidáním .pem na konec názvu souboru.

  1. Zkopírujte všechny certifikáty do adresáře /etc/pki/trust/anchors na serveru plug-in. Chcete-li získat přístup k serveru plug-in pomocí protokolu SSH, přihlaste se k serveru plug-in pomocí konzole s kořenovými přihlašovacími údaji a deaktivujte bránu firewall pomocí následujícího příkazu:
/sbin/SuSEfirewall2 off 
  1. Spusťte následující příkaz z modulu plug-in server a aktualizujte seznam důvěryhodných certifikátů.
update-ca-certificates 
  1. Znovu spusťte průvodce konfigurací modulu plug-in z nabídky WDM.
  2. Po ověření, že vše funguje správně, povolte bránu firewall na serveru plug-in pomocí následujícího příkazu:
/sbin/SuSEfirewall2 on
