Symptoms

Dochází k selhání skupiny NetWorker VMware s dynamickou asociací s chybou „Sessions count is limited to <číslo>. Existing sessions are <Number>

Pracovní postupy NetWorker přidružené k typu skupiny: Systém Vmware, který má povolenou funkci Dynamic Association (přidružení podle značek), selže s chybou „Failed to load inventory“. Níže je uvedená podrobná chyba:    

Inventory session status returned with a failure. Error: 'Failed to load inventory from '<vCenter name>'. Failed to load Category/Tagging metadata. Failed to login to CIS service at 'HTTPS://<vCenter name>/rest/com/vmware/cis/session'. A 'POST' method to CIS service at 'HTTPS://<vCenter name>/rest/com/vmware/cis/session' responded with code 503: Error from CIS service: 'Sessions count is limited to 3000. Existing sessions are 3000.%!(EXTRA string=3000, string=3000)''.


Pracovní postupy se spustí normálně, když je po určité době restartujete.

Cause

K tomuto problému dochází, když je množství relací rozhraní VMware API nastaveno na hodnotu 3 000 a nástroj vCenter již přijal 3 000 relací v době volání serveru NetWorker ohledně inventáře. 

Resolution

Obraťte se na správce systému VMware a zvyšte počet relací RestAPI v nástroji vCenter. Při této změně by měl správce systému VMware také naplánovat zvýšení paměti přidělené koncovým bodům vAPI.
