Symptoms

동적 연결이 있는 NetWorker VMware 그룹이 "Sessions count is limited to <Number>. Existing sessions are <Number>" 오류와 함께 실패함

그룹 유형과 연결된 NetWorker 워크플로: Vmware 및 동적 연결이 활성화되어 있음(태그 기반 연결), "Failed to load inventory" 오류와 함께 실패 자세한 오류:    

Inventory session status returned with a failure. Error: 'Failed to load inventory from '<vCenter name>'. Failed to load Category/Tagging metadata. Failed to login to CIS service at 'HTTPS://<vCenter name>/rest/com/vmware/cis/session'. A 'POST' method to CIS service at 'HTTPS://<vCenter name>/rest/com/vmware/cis/session' responded with code 503: Error from CIS service: 'Sessions count is limited to 3000. Existing sessions are 3000.%!(EXTRA string=3000, string=3000)''.


일정 시간 후에 재시작하면 워크플로가 정상적으로 시작됩니다.

Cause

이 문제는 VMware API 세션이 3000으로 설정되어 있고 vCenter가 NetWorker에 의한 인벤토리 호출 시 이미 3000개의 세션을 수락한 경우에 발생합니다. 

Resolution

VMware 관리자에게 문의하여 vCenter에서 RestAPI 세션 수를 늘리십시오. 이 변경 사항을 통해 VMware 관리자는 vAPI 엔드포인트에 할당된 메모리를 늘리기 위한 계획을 세워야 합니다.
