Symptoms
Intel 主動管理技術 （AMT） KVM 遠端主控台連線至配備超高解析度 （UHD） 顯示器的 Precision 5560 和 XPS 9510 電腦期間失敗。
Cause
Precision 5560 和 XPS 9510 的 UHD （3840*2400） LCD 螢幕解析度超出 Intel 管理引擎的解析度範圍。
Resolution
這是 Intel AMT對 KVM 功能的限制。降低 LCD 螢幕解析度後，KVM 即可在 Intel ME 設計內運作。
變更 LCD 螢幕解析度以允許遠端主控台存取。
- 前往設定>、系統>顯示器>進階顯示設定>顯示器 1 的顯示卡內容。
- 按一下在配接卡標籤中列出所有模式，選取 1920 x 1200、真色彩 （32 位元），60 Hertz，然後按一下確定。
- 確認 LCD 螢幕解析度變更為 1920 x 1200。
