Symptoms

執行版本 19.4.0.2 和 19.5.0.0 的 NetWorker 伺服器可能會遇到一個問題，其中自動和手動執行的 NSRCK 命令都會失敗，並出現「too many open files」錯誤。

執行 19.4.0.2 的 NetWorker 伺服器必須套用 19.4.0.3 累積 hotfix (CHF) 以解決此問題。

執行 19.5.0.0 的 NetWorker 伺服器必須套用 19.5.0.1 累積 hotfix 以解決此問題。

臨時因應措施：
若要解決此問題，請增加作業系統層級的可用檔案描述項數量。  若為 Linux 系統：
 
  1. 為確保持續性設定，請編輯 /etc/sysctl.conf 檔案：

# vi /etc/sysctl.conf
 
  1. 依下列方式附加組態指令：

fs.file-max =

其中 是定義最大開啟檔案數量的十進位數字  大型 NetWorker 部署建議設定為 32768，這是一個良好的起點。
 
  1. 儲存並關閉檔案。您可以為機器重新開機或輸入下列命令，強制所有程式取得新值：

# sysctl -p

(偏好是重新開機)。

注意：若要解決此問題，系統管理員可能需要定義高於上述建議值，每個系統都會有所不同。  增加這些值時，請參考作業系統說明文件，以瞭解安全的作業限制。
