La VM contiene dischi indipendenti, che non consentono snapshot di virtual machine. Il workflow di backup vProxy richiede un'istantanea della VM per proteggere i dati del disco virtuale.
Resolution
Cambiare la modalità disco della VM da "Independent .." a "Dependent".
AVVERTENZA: Verificare con l'amministratore della VM se esiste un motivo per cui la modalità disco è indipendente e non può essere modificata.
- Accedere al web client vSphere.
- Passare alla VM con i dischi indipendenti e arrestarla
- Fare clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sulla VM e selezionare Edit Settings.
- Espandere i dischi rigidi e modificare Disk Mode da Independent a Dependent.
- Riaccendere la VM
- Eseguire un nuovo backup per la VM.
