Avamar: How to Create, Modify or Verify Isilon NDMP User Settings

Instructions
- Log in to OneFS Web UI as root
- Follow the path OneFS > Data Protection > NDMP > NDMP settings
- Complete NDMP settings including the following:
- Enable NDMP service box is checked.
- Port Number is set to 10000
- DMA vendor is set to Generic
- NDMP administrator is set to administrator to NDMP and add a password
If there is no NDMP administrator user created, create one. If Isilon is a new installation, the NDMP settings page looks like the screenshot below:
- Create or change the NDMP user password using the OneFS Web UI:
- Alternately, create or change the NDMP user password using the Isilon CLI:
