This is a known issue which impacts NetWorker 19.4.0.0 and older.
Resolution
The fix is in NetWorker 19.4.0.1; however, NetWorker 19.4.x is end of support (EOSL) as of Nov 30th 2023. Upgrade to NetWorker 19.5.x or later for a fix.
