Symptoms

Lorsque le groupe de cohérence n’est pas en cours d’exécution, les codes de motif secondaire, par exemple 8 (périphérique introuvable) ou 13 (nom du congroup introuvable), peuvent être renvoyés. 

Ces codes RS sont trompeurs. 
                        

Cause

Cela est dû à un problème logiciel.

Resolution

Le traitement des messages a été amélioré pour émettre un RS 6 dans les cas où aucun groupe de cohérence n’est trouvé: 

GDDM441E CGRPQDEV error occurred - Function code 5, ConGroup name, RC 8, RS 6 (CG not active)

Permanent Fix: 
  • Pour Mainframe Enablers 8.5, le PTF SF85101 a été développé pour corriger le problème. Il est disponible au téléchargement sur le site de support en ligne Dell.
  • Pour Mainframe Enablers 8.4, le PTF SF84168 a été développé pour corriger le problème. Il est disponible au téléchargement sur le site de support en ligne Dell.
