Symptoms

Wenn festgestellt wird, dass die Consistency Group nicht ausgeführt wird, werden möglicherweise die sekundären Ursachencodes zurückgegeben, z. B. 8 (Gerät nicht gefunden) oder 13 (Congroup-Name nicht gefunden). 

Diese RS-Codes sind irreführend. 
                        

Cause

Dies wird durch ein Softwareproblem verursacht.

Resolution

Die Nachrichtenverarbeitung wurde verbessert, um einen RS 6 in Situationen zu erstellen, in denen keine Consistency Group gefunden wird:

Dauerhafte Korrektur: 
  • Für Mainframe Enablers 8.5 wurde PTF SF85101 entwickelt, um das Problem zu beheben. Es kann vom Dell Online Support heruntergeladen werden.
  • Für Mainframe Enablers 8.4 wurde PTF SF84168 entwickelt, um das Problem zu beheben. Es kann vom Dell Online Support heruntergeladen werden.
