Symptoms

Wanneer consistentiegroep niet wordt uitgevoerd, kunnen de secundaire redencodes, bijvoorbeeld 8 (apparaat niet gevonden) of 13 (naam congroup niet gevonden) worden geretourneerd. 

Deze RS-codes zijn misleidend. 
                        

Cause

Dit wordt veroorzaakt door een softwareprobleem.

Resolution

De berichtverwerking is verbeterd om een RS 6 uit te geven in omstandigheden waarin geen consistentiegroep wordt gevonden:

Permanente oplossing: 
  • Voor Mainframe Enablers 8.5 is PTF SF85101 ontwikkeld om het probleem te verhelpen. Het is beschikbaar om te downloaden van Dell Online Support.
  • Voor Mainframe Enablers 8.4 is PTF SF84168 ontwikkeld om het probleem te verhelpen. Het is beschikbaar om te downloaden van Dell Online Support.
