Symptoms
Microsoft Teams 中可在一个设置内同时启用麦克风和扬声器的“PC 麦克风和扬声器”设置不可用。
与其他 Latitude 型号不同，对于 Latitude 3420 和 Latitude 3520，Microsoft Teams 中的“PC 麦克风和扬声器”组合型选项不可用。在 Teams 音频设置中，Latitudes 3420 和 3520 仅显示“自定义设置”选项，并且需要手动配置音频设置。
Cause
英特尔平台控制器集线器 (PCH) 直接控制麦克风输入，而 Realtek 音频编解码器控制扬声器输出。设备管理器中会分别显示这些音频设备。（图 1）

Resolution
当多个音频设备连接到系统时，请使用自定义 Microsoft Teams 音频设备设置来选择该应用程序中使用的扬声器和麦克风。（图 2）
