Cause

이 장애의 원인은 볼트의 NetWorker 서버가 영구 라이센스 없이 실행 중이고 소프트웨어 설치 중에 생성된 EVAL이 만료되기 때문입니다. NetWorker 평가판 또는 EVAL 라이선스 기간은 설치 후 90일 후에 만료됩니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하기 위한 두 가지 옵션이 있습니다.
  • 영구 라이센스를 가져옵니다.
  • 다음 해결 방법을 통해 NetWorker 볼트에서 90일의 EVAL 라이선스 기간을 추가로 생성합니다.
참고: 이러한 단계는 처음부터 NetWorker 구성을 생성하여 90일의 유예 기간을 부여하지만 모든 NetWorker 구성은 손실됩니다. 작업을 수행하기 전에 수행할 작업을 확인하십시오.
  1. NetWorker 볼트 서버 서비스 및 데몬을 중지합니다.
Linux: systemctl stop networker

Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y

Linux: /nsr/res, /nsr/mm, and /nsr/index

Windows: net start nsrd && net start gstd 
참고: Gstd 시작은 NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 서버 패키지가 설치된 경우에만 필요합니다. 이는 Windows 호스트에서만 필요합니다. Linux에서 NetWorker를 중지해도 NMC 서비스가 중지되지 않습니다. 그러나 Windows 시스템에서 NetWorker를 중지하면 NMC 서비스가 중지됩니다.
