Cause

此故障的原因是存放庫中的 NetWorker 伺服器執行時沒有永久授權，且在軟體安裝期間建立的 EVAL 已過期。NetWorker 試用版或 EVAL 授權期間會在安裝後 90 天后到期。

Resolution

有兩個選項可解決此問題：
  • 取得永久授權。
  • 在 NetWorker 存放庫中再產生一個 90 天 EVAL 授權期間，並提供下列因應措施：
注意：這些步驟從頭開始建立 NetWorker 組態，提供另一個 90 天的寬限期，但所有 NetWorker 組態都會遺失。執行前，請務必先確定要執行哪些工作。
  1. 停止 NetWorker 存放庫伺服器服務和精工。
Linux: systemctl stop networker

Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y
  1. 刪除或重新命名下列資料夾：
Linux: /nsr/res, /nsr/mm, and /nsr/index

Windows: disk_letter:\...\nsr\res, disk_letter:\...\nsr\mm, and disk_letter:\...\nsr\index
  1. 啟動 NetWorker 存放庫服務和精准。
Linux: systemctl start networker

Windows: net start nsrd && net start gstd 
注意：只有在安裝 NetWorker 管理主控台 （NMC） 伺服器套件時，才需要啟動 gstd。此功能也僅適用于 Windows 主機。在 Linux 上停止 NetWorker 並不會停止 NMC 服務;但是，在 Windows 系統上停止 NetWorker 會停止 NMC 服務。
