Cyber Recovery app.logで、アプリケーションのリカバリー中に次のエラーが表示されました。

Cause

この障害の原因は、ヴォールト内のNetWorkerサーバーがパーマネント ライセンスなしで実行されており、ソフトウェアのインストール中に作成されたEVALの有効期限が切れているためです。NetWorker評価版またはEVALライセンス期間は、インストールの90日後に期限切れになります。

Resolution

この問題に対処するには、次の2つのオプションがあります。
  • パーマネント ライセンスを取得します。
  • 次の回避策を使用して、NetWorkerヴォールトで別の90日間のEVALライセンス期間を生成します。
メモ: これらのステップでは、NetWorker構成をゼロから作成し、さらに90日間の猶予期間を設けますが、すべてのNetWorker構成は失われます。実行する前に、何を行うかを確認してください。
  1. NetWorkerヴォールト サーバー サービスとデーモンを停止します。
Linux: systemctl stop networker

Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y
  1. 次のフォルダーを削除または名前変更します。
Linux: /nsr/res, /nsr/mm, and /nsr/index

Windows: disk_letter:\...\nsr\res, disk_letter:\...\nsr\mm, and disk_letter:\...\nsr\index

Linux: systemctl start networker

Windows: net start nsrd && net start gstd 
メモ: gstdの起動は、NetWorker Management Console(NMC)サーバー パッケージがインストールされている場合にのみ必要です。これは、Windowsホストでのみ必要です。LinuxでNetWorkerを停止しても、NMCサービスは停止しません。ただし、WindowsシステムでNetWorkerを停止すると、NMCサービスが停止します。
