Eseguendo il comando nsrwatch come utenteroot sul server NW VAULT, viene inoltre mostrata la mancanza di licenza valida nel campo "Alerts":

Cause

Il motivo di questo errore è che il server NetWorker nel vault è in esecuzione senza una licenza permanente e l'EVAL creato durante l'installazione del software è scaduto. Il periodo di prova di NetWorker o della licenza EVAL scade dopo 90 giorni dall'installazione.

Resolution

Sono disponibili due opzioni per risolvere questo problema:
  • Ottenere una licenza permanente.
  • Generare un altro periodo di licenza EVAL di 90 giorni nel vault di NetWorker con la seguente soluzione alternativa:
NOTA: Questi passaggi creano da zero una configurazione di NetWorker che dà un ulteriore periodo di tolleranza di 90 giorni, ma tutte le configurazioni di NetWorker vengono perse. Accertarsi di cosa fare prima di farlo.
  1. Arrestare i servizi e i daemon del server vault di NetWorker.
Linux: systemctl stop networker

Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y
  1. Eliminare o rinominare le seguenti cartelle:
Linux: /nsr/res, /nsr/mm, and /nsr/index

Windows: disk_letter:\...\nsr\res, disk_letter:\...\nsr\mm, and disk_letter:\...\nsr\index
  1. Avviare i servizi vault e i daemon di NetWorker.
Linux: systemctl start networker

Windows: net start nsrd && net start gstd 
NOTA: L'avvio di gstd è necessario solo se è installato il pacchetto server NetWorker Management Console (NMC). Ciò è richiesto anche solo sugli host Windows. L'arresto di NetWorker su Linux non arresta i servizi NMC; Tuttavia, l'arresto di NetWorker su un sistema Windows arresta i servizi NMC.
