由於 SMAS DB 服務已停止且無法啟動，因此客戶在獨立 Windows Server 2019 升級 Unisphere for PowerMax 時遇到問題。手動嘗試從 Windows 管理主控台啟動 SMAS DB 失敗。

將 postmaster.opts 和 postmaster.pid 從 C：/Program Files/EMC/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/pgsql/data 移動到不同的資料夾。

兩個檔案似乎都系在一起，因為兩個檔案都是在每次嘗試手動啟動 SMAS DB 時同時產生。

停止 SMAS，並確保 SMAS DB 未執行。
啟動 SMAS DB，並啟動 SMAS 服務，兩者均成功。

在 SMAS DB 和 SMAS 服務啟動後重建 postmaster.opts 和 postmaster.pid，並繼續升級成功之 Unisphere for PowerMax。

Additional Information

postmaster.pid 是由 postmaster 程式所寫入的 pidfile。除了站長的 PID 外，還包含有關執行實例的其他資訊。

postmaster.opts 是啟動後在資料目錄中寫入的檔案，其中包含用來啟動 Postmaster 程式的選項。postmaster.opts 的內容可用來確保 postmaster 程式可以使用最初啟動的相同選項重新開機。
