由于 SMAS DB 服务停止且无法启动，客户在独立 Windows Server 2019 上升级 Unisphere for PowerMax 时遇到问题。手动尝试从 Windows 管理控制台启动 SMAS DB 失败。

将 postmaster.opts 和 postmaster.pid 从 C：/Program Files/EMC/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/pgsql/data 移动到其他文件夹。

两个文件似乎绑定在一起，因为它们在每次尝试手动启动 SMAS 数据库时同时生成。

停止 SMAS 并确保 SMAS DB 未运行。
启动 SMAS DB 并启动 SMAS 服务，两者均成功。

postmaster.opts 和 postmaster.pid 是在 SMAS DB 和 SMAS 服务启动并继续升级成功 Unisphere for PowerMax 之后重建的。

Additional Information

postmaster.pid 是由 postmaster 进程编写的 pidfile。除了 Postmaster 的 PID，它还包含有关正在运行的实例的其他信息。
