Dell Unity: svc_udoctor command did not work correctly

Symptoms

The following problem occurred when trying to disable or enable daily's data collection with the svc_udoctor command.

(1) The following message is displayed when the command is executed. 
"/EMC/Platform/bin/svc_udoctor: line 742: [: 14733: binary operator expected"


(2) The command prompt did not returned after 10 minutes of executing the command. (Command did not complete.)
In that case, the command has been terminated with ctrl + C.

Cause

svc_udoctor command expects only 1 PID for udoctor process. 
If more than one PID exists, the above error occurs.
