Symptoms

虚拟机文件级恢复无法装载，并显示错误“VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine vm-name> on vCenter vCenter-name.

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager 无法将磁盘从备份拷贝装载到目标虚拟机上。  
这主要是由于备份拷贝包含带有分区标签但无分区的未格式化磁盘。

Resolution

执行目标虚拟机的即时访问恢复，并从即时访问虚拟机拷贝必要的文件或文件夹。
要允许同一虚拟机的未来文件级恢复，请执行以下任一操作：
  • 从未格式化的磁盘中卸下分区标签。
  • 卸下未格式化的磁盘本身。 
或者，将PPDM 和所有保护引擎升级到版本 19.13。
