Symptoms

Después de una actualización a 5.3, Support Assist con SCG (servidor de puerta de enlace) no se puede habilitar. Se observa el siguiente error:
 
La operación falló. Código de error:
0x6400bee No se pudo realizar la operación porque no se configuró connect home. (Código de error:0x6400bee)

El archivo cemtracer_emcsupport.log muestra los siguientes errores:

Cuando se intenta deshabilitar connecthome manualmente, se observa el siguiente error: 
svc_connectemc --disable --nodbupdate
INFO [spa]: Verifying peer connectivity ...
ERROR [spa]: Email (ConnectEMC) not configured.

No hay ninguna dirección de correo electrónico "de" configurada: 
uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail
Storage system address: 127.0.0.1
Storage system port: 443
HTTPS connection

1:    Enabled             = yes
      SMTP server         = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
      E-mail from address = (none)@emc.com  

Cause

Para habilitar Support Assist en 5.3, Connectemc debe tener una dirección de correo electrónico "desde".

Resolution

Siga estos pasos para ingresar una dirección de remitente ficticia y configurar support Assist:
  1. Obtenga el servidor SMTP actual con "uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail"
  2. Vuelva a configurar ConnectHome con un --sendermail ficticio: 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. Configurar Support Assist con SCG
