Symptoms

5.3으로 업그레이드한 후에는 Support Assist with SCG(Gateway Server)를 활성화할 수 없습니다. 다음과 같은 오류가 표시됩니다.
 
작업이 실패했습니다. Error code:
connect home이 구성되지 않았기 때문에 0x6400bee 작업을 수행하지 못했습니다. (오류 코드:0x6400bee)

cemtracer_emcsupport.log에는 다음과 같은 오류가 표시됩니다.

Connecthome을 수동으로 비활성화하려고 하면 다음 오류가 표시됩니다. 
svc_connectemc --disable --nodbupdate

구성된 "보낸 사람" 이메일 주소가 없습니다. 
uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail
Storage system address: 127.0.0.1
Storage system port: 443
HTTPS connection

1:    Enabled             = yes
      SMTP server         = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
      E-mail from address = (none)@emc.com  

Cause

5.3에서 Support Assist를 활성화하려면 connectemc에 "보낸 사람" 이메일 주소가 있어야 합니다.

Resolution

다음 단계에 따라 더미 보낸 사람 주소를 입력하고 support Assist를 구성합니다.
  1. "uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail"로 현재 SMTP 서버 가져오기
  2. 더미 --sendermail로 connecthome 재구성: 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. SCG를 통한 Support Assist 구성
