Symptoms

5.3'e yükseltmenin ardından SCG (Ağ Geçidi Sunucusu) ile Support Assist etkinleştirilemiyor. Aşağıdaki hata görülür:

Cause

SupportAssist'i 5.3'te etkinleştirmek için connectemc'nin bir "from" e-posta adresine sahip olması gerekir.

Resolution

Sahte bir gönderen adresi girin ve support Assist'i yapılandırmak için şu adımları izleyin:
  1. "uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail" ile mevcut SMTP sunucusunu alın
  2. Connecthome'a sahte --gönderen posta ile yeniden yapılandırma: 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. SCG ile Support Assist'i Yapılandırma
