Symptoms

Після оновлення до версії 5.3 допоміжний засіб підтримки SCG (Gateway Server) не можна ввімкнути. Видно наступну помилку:
 
Операція провалилася. Код помилки:
0x6400bee Не вдалося виконати операцію, оскільки не налаштовано підключення додому. (Код помилки:0x6400bee)

У cemtracer_emcsupport.log відображаються такі помилки:

При спробі відключити connecthome вручну видно наступну помилку: 
svc_connectemc --disable --nodbupdate
INFO [spa]: Verifying peer connectivity ...
ERROR [spa]: Email (ConnectEMC) not configured.

Не налаштовано адресу електронної пошти "від": 
uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail
Storage system address: 127.0.0.1
Storage system port: 443
HTTPS connection

1:    Enabled             = yes
      SMTP server         = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
      E-mail from address = (none)@emc.com  

Cause

Щоб увімкнути допоміжну службу підтримки у версії 5.3, connectemc має мати адресу електронної пошти "від".

Resolution

Виконайте наведені нижче дії, щоб ввести фіктивну адресу відправника та налаштувати допоміжну службу підтримки.
  1. Отримайте поточний SMTP-сервер за допомогою "uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail"
  2. Перенастроювання connecthome за допомогою фіктива --sendermail: 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. Настроювання допоміжного засобу підтримки за допомогою SCG
