5.3-päivityksen jälkeen Support Assist with SCG (Gateway Server) -toimintoa ei voi ottaa käyttöön. Näyttöön tulee seuraava virheilmoitus:
 
Toiminto epäonnistui. Error code:
0x6400bee Failed to perform the operation because Connect Home -toimintoa ei ole määritetty. (Virhekoodi:0x6400bee)

cemtracer_emcsupport.log-lokissa näkyy seuraavia virheitä:

From-sähköpostiosoite ei ole määritetty: 
uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail
Storage system address: 127.0.0.1

      SMTP server         = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
      E-mail from address = (none)@emc.com  

Cause

Connectemc tarvitsee from-sähköpostiosoitteen, jotta Support Assist in 5.3 voidaan ottaa käyttöön.

Resolution

Voit kirjoittaa ainut lähettäjän osoitteen ja määrittää Support Assistin seuraavasti:
  1. Hae nykyinen SMTP-palvelin komennolla uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail
  2. Määritä connecthome uudelleen aihiolla --sendermail: 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. Support Assistin määrittäminen SCG:n avulla
