Symptoms

Po uaktualnieniu do wersji 5.3 nie można włączyć support assist z SCG (Gateway Server). Widoczny jest następujący błąd:
 
Operacja nie powiodła się. Kod błędu:
0x6400bee nie można wykonać tej operacji, ponieważ nie skonfigurowano connect home. (Kod błędu: 0x6400bee)

W pliku cemtracer_emcsupport.log wyświetlane są następujące błędy:

Podczas próby ręcznego wyłączenia connecthome pojawia się następujący błąd: 
svc_connectemc --disable --nodbupdate

ERROR [spa]: Email (ConnectEMC) not configured.

Nie skonfigurowano adresu e-mail "from": 
uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail
Storage system address: 127.0.0.1
Storage system port: 443
HTTPS connection

1:    Enabled             = yes
      SMTP server         = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
      E-mail from address = (none)@emc.com  

Cause

Aby włączyć support assist w wersji 5.3, connectemc musi mieć adres e-mail "from".

Resolution

Wykonaj te czynności, aby wprowadzić fikcyjny adres nadawcy i skonfigurować support Assist:
  1. Uzyskaj bieżący serwer SMTP z poleceniem "uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail"
  2. Rekonfiguracja connecthome z zaślepką --sendermail: 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. Konfiguracja support assist z SCG
