Symptoms

Nach einem Upgrade auf 5.3 kann Support Assist mit SCG (GatewayServer) nicht aktiviert werden. Der folgende Fehler wird angezeigt:
 
Vorgang fehlgeschlagen. Error code:
0x6400bee Der Vorgang konnte nicht durchgeführt werden, weil Connect Home nicht konfiguriert wurde. (Fehlercode: 0x6400bee)

Die cemtracer_emcsupport.log zeigt die folgenden Fehler an:

Beim Versuch, ConnectHome manuell zu deaktivieren, wird der folgende Fehler angezeigt: 
svc_connectemc --disable --nodbupdate
INFO [spa]: Verifying peer connectivity ...
ERROR [spa]: Email (ConnectEMC) not configured.

Es ist keine "von"-E-Mail-Adresse konfiguriert: 
uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail
Storage system address: 127.0.0.1
Storage system port: 443
HTTPS connection

1:    Enabled             = yes
      SMTP server         = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
      E-mail from address = (none)@emc.com  

Cause

Um Support Assist in Version 5.3 zu aktivieren, benötigt connectemc eine Absender-E-Mail-Adresse.

Resolution

Führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus, um eine Dummy-Absenderadresse einzugeben und support Assist zu konfigurieren:
  1. Aktuellen SMTP-Server mit "uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail" abrufen
  2. Konfigurieren Sie ConnectHome mit einem Dummy --sendermail neu: 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. Konfigurieren von Support Assist mit SCG
