Symptoms

5.3へのアップグレード後、SCG(ゲートウェイ サーバー)を使用したSupport Assistを有効にすることはできません。次のエラーが表示されます。
 
操作が失敗しました。Error code:
0x6400bee Connect Homeが構成されていないため、操作の実行に失敗しました。(エラー コード:0x6400bee)

cemtracer_emcsupport.logには、次のエラーが表示されます。

ConnectHomeを手動で無効にしようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます。 
svc_connectemc --disable --nodbupdate

ERROR [spa]: Email (ConnectEMC) not configured.

次の「差出人」メール アドレスは構成されていません。 
uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail
Storage system address: 127.0.0.1
Storage system port: 443
HTTPS connection

1:    Enabled             = yes
      SMTP server         = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
      E-mail from address = (none)@emc.com  

Cause

5.3でSupport Assistを有効にするには、connectemcに「from」メール アドレスが必要です。

Resolution

ダミーの送信者アドレスを入力し、support Assistを設定するには、次の手順に従います。
  1. 「uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail」を使用して現在のSMTPサーバーを取得する
  2. ダミーの --sendermail を使用してconnecthomeを再構成します。 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. SCGを使用したSupport Assistの設定
