Symptoms

Po upgradu na verzi 5.3 nelze povolit nástroj Support Assist se serverem SCG (Gateway Server). Zobrazí se následující chyba:
 
Operace se nezdařila. Kód chyby:
0x6400bee Nepodařilo se provést operaci, protože funkce Connect Home nebyla nakonfigurována. (Chybový kód:0x6400bee)

Protokol cemtracer_emcsupport.log zobrazuje následující chyby:

Při pokusu o ruční zakázání funkce connecthome se zobrazí následující chyba: 
svc_connectemc --disable --nodbupdate

Není nakonfigurována žádná e-mailová adresa "z": 
uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail
Storage system address: 127.0.0.1
Storage system port: 443
HTTPS connection

1:    Enabled             = yes
      SMTP server         = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
      E-mail from address = (none)@emc.com  

Cause

Aby bylo možné aplikaci Support Assist povolit ve verze 5.3, musí mít aplikace Connectemc e-mailovou adresu "od".

Resolution

Pomocí těchto kroků zadejte fiktivní adresu odesílatele a nakonfigurujte nástroj Support Assist:
  1. Získejte aktuální server SMTP pomocí příkazu "uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail".
  2. Znovu nakonfigurujte příkaz connecthome pomocí fiktivní zprávy --sendermail: 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. Konfigurace nástroje Support Assist pomocí sady SCG
