Cause

This issue is due to failing to decrypt the token, which suggests the token is not valid anymore for the currently logged in session.

Resolution

In order to resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
  1. Disconnect from Cyber Recovery shell (ssh connection).
  2. Connect back to Cyber Recovery shell (ssh connection).
These steps force a new token to be generated, then access to CRCLI succeeds.
